I started my career 20 years ago as a banker and a Customer Care Officer at a telecommunications company. My career has lots of challenges and adventures. These challenges and responsibilities developed the leader in me.

 

I am Marinor Sanchez, presently working at Santiago City Derm Centre Inc as Company Administrative Officer. I became an online teacher more than two years now when I decided to become a freelancer. As an online freelancer, I am reflecting on my uniqueness as a person. Authenticity is crucial in my work. I always believe in “Customer first, true service” advocacy. I always represent my clients with whatever needs they have with the hat of a Customer Relations Officer. I make things possible and easier for them. I make their overall management stable and predictable when it comes to productivity.

I use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google tools, and Adobe premiere. I can learn new applications and adapt to changes in the working environment. I make coffee table books and manage the Social Media Accounts of my clients.

 

 

I believe life is continuous learning. I am always open to new possibilities and opportunities with clients. I work hand in hand to achieve the best results in building teams in actual or virtual teams. I graduated from 6 weeks of intensive training sponsored by the Department of Information and Communications Technology.

 

 

During my 15 years with Smart Communications Inc, I am in charge of creating marketing materials and planning events relating to promotion and production. I also learned advertising and conversational message bot. I can easily coordinate with the management on how to increase sales.
